A 6-Month Engagement for Executives, Directors, and Senior Leaders

This is my signature offering. It's for leaders navigating performance plateaus, leadership transitions, team complexity, or the quiet sense that something important needs to shift. We don't start with goals. We start with truth.

Using validated assessment data as our foundation, we build a clear picture of how you're actually showing up, what's driving your patterns, and what needs to change. Then we do the real work, integrating presence-based coaching, mindset tools, and somatic awareness throughout our time together.

•       A foundational assessment from the options below, with an extended debrief that goes well beyond a readout of your scores

•       Bi-weekly coaching sessions integrating presence-based work, grounding practices, and cognitive mindset tools as each session calls for them

•       Between-session support so you're not navigating challenges alone

•       A closing integration session with a written leadership reflection capturing who you were, what shifted, and how you're leading now

•       Hogan Assessments: A comprehensive suite measuring personality, leadership tendencies under pressure, and core values and motivators

•       Hogan 360: Multi-rater feedback that maps the gap between how you see yourself and how others experience you

•       Everything DiSC®: Behavioral style, communication patterns, and how you respond to conflict and collaboration

•       The Five Behaviors®: Best suited when team dynamics are a primary focus
